This EH oil acid removal regeneration cartridge is a professional adsorption filter specially designed for power plant phosphate ester fire-resistant hydraulic oil systems. Different from conventional glass fiber particle filters that only trap solid contaminants, this regeneration filter focuses on chemical purification. It effectively removes acidic substances, dissolved moisture, metal ions and oxidation by-products generated by EH oil hydrolysis and aging, stabilizes oil acid value and resistivity, and thoroughly solves common system failures caused by oil deterioration.
Widely compatible with mainstream EH oil regeneration devices, including Nugent, Pall and domestic power plant regeneration systems, it is a core consumable for long-term stable operation of turbine electro-hydraulic control systems.
