Powered by a motor-driven gear pump, this portable oil purification equipment features low-noise operation, strong self-priming capability, and stable, reliable performance. The high-pressure circuit is equipped with an overflow protection device, which, together with a thermal overload relay, provides dual protection for both the system and the motor – an essential safety feature for any industrial oil purifier operating in demanding environments.
In terms of filtration flow, the suction-line coarse filter effectively captures large particles, safeguarding the pump and extending the service life of the main filter elements. Downstream, two stages of fine filters are arranged in series, allowing users to select filter elements with varying precision levels (3μm to 40μm) based on specific application requirements. This high-precision filtration approach ensures flexible and efficient purification results, meeting the needs of hydraulic lubrication systems in a wide range of industries.
For maintenance convenience, the filter housing adopts a quick-opening design that enables fast filter element replacement without the need for any tools – a significant advantage for on-site maintenance teams. A built-in pressure gauge on the control panel continuously displays system operating pressure, allowing operators to visually monitor filter element saturation and ensure the unit remains in optimal working condition at all times.
