Wind Turbine Gearbox Filter Elements

Wind turbine gearbox filter elements serve wind power generator hydraulic and lubrication systems. Different from ordinary filters, they feature an embedded stainless steel mesh. When filter clogging triggers the bypass valve, the steel mesh retains basic filtration, minimizing equipment wear and extending service life.

It adopts a dual-stage filtration structure: 10μm imported glass fiber for precise primary filtration and 50μm stainless steel mesh for secondary protection. Customizable layered structure delivers high pressure resistance, accurate concentricity and durable, burr-free metal construction.

Ideal for wind turbine closed-loop hydraulic systems, it effectively filters metal wear particles and rubber impurities in hydraulic oil, maintaining oil cleanliness and protecting core hydraulic components.

With no dirt accumulation groove, it removes all trapped contaminants thoroughly during replacement without secondary oil tank pollution. Full-flow return filtration eliminates various internal and external impurities, ensuring stable and reliable system operation.
