LYJ‑B portable oil purifier is a compact, lightweight hand‑held oil‑cleaning unit. Easy for on‑site transportation. It mainly removes solid contaminants from hydraulic oil and lubricating oil, supporting oil filling, bypass filtration and system circulating purification for workshop and field maintenance scenarios.
Product Features
1.Equipped with motor‑dedicated gear pump, featuring low noise level, good self‑priming performance and smooth operation.
2.Overflow protection device installed on high‑pressure pipeline to protect the hydraulic system.
3.Thermal relay fitted to reduce risks of motor damage caused by overload.
4.A coarse filter at oil‑inlet side protects the oil pump and helps extend service life of main filter.
5.Fine filter supports multiple optional filtration grades to match different oil‑cleaning requirements.
6.Quick‑open housing design. The top cover can be opened without tools for convenient filter‑element replacement.
7.Pressure gauge mounted on panel. It shows system operating status and provides reference for filter contamination level during operation.
