Replacement BEA compressed air filter elements are constructed with premium domestic or imported filter media and stainless steel support frames. They feature good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, pressure resistance and wear resistance, widely used in compressed air purification for petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, water treatment and other industries. Multi-layer stacked media deliver mechanical separation, particle retention, oil-aerosol coalescing and oil-vapor adsorption. They can be installed downstream of refrigerated or desiccant dryers to improve air quality, or applied as system pre-treatment filters.

Features

Our aftermarket replacement BEA filter elements adopt anti-corrosion treatment on both inner and outer layers. The external sealed foam sleeve with coating effectively prevents fiber migration and medium displacement, avoiding contaminant bypass.

The filter adopts multi-layer fine filter media to prevent contaminant migration and ensure stable and reliable filtration performance.

Grade H Filter is designed to adsorb oil vapor and hydrocarbon vapor. It filters solid particles as fine as 0.01μm, with a maximum residual oil content of 0.003ppm(w/w), ideal for high-standard clean compressed air applications.
