Product Overview
When industrial dust concentration reaches the explosive limit, fire or explosion may occur upon exposure to static discharge sparks or external ignition sources, including flour dust, chemical dust and other explosive dust. For baghouses handling these hazardous dusts, filter bags are required to deliver anti‑static performance. Anti‑static filter media adopts standard needle‑felt manufacturing process, with conductive fiber yarn incorporated into the warp yarn of base fabric.
Working Principle
After dust-laden flue gas enters the dust collector box, solid dust particles are intercepted and attached to the outer surface of the filter bags. Clean gas penetrates the filter media and flows into the interior of the bags, then discharges steadily through the air outlet. Equipped with internal professional cages, the filter bags are effectively prevented from collapsing and deforming under negative pressure. Cooperating with the pulse dust cleaning system, dust cakes accumulated on the bag surface can be quickly removed to regenerate the filter bags, ensuring long-term stable operation with low and consistent pressure drop.

PE Polyester Needle Felt: Universal normal-temperature material with excellent wear resistance and cost performance. Suitable for woodworking, sand and stone and conventional dust working conditions. Max continuous temperature: ≤135℃.

PPS Polyphenylene Sulfide: Features acid and alkali resistance and excellent hydrolysis resistance. Ideal for corrosive flue gas from coal-fired boilers and waste incineration plants. Max continuous temperature: ≤180℃.

Nomex Aramid: Medium and high-temperature wear-resistant material, widely used in asphalt mixing stations and drying kilns. Max continuous temperature: ≤200℃.

P84 Polyimide: High-end high-temperature filter material with special profiled fiber structure and strong fine dust capture capacity. Suitable for cement kiln tail and high-temperature metallurgical working conditions. Max continuous temperature: ≤240℃.

This product is a special filter bag for gas-solid dust removal, exclusively used for air and flue gas dust filtration. It cannot replace liquid filter bags for water treatment, oil filtration and other fluid working conditions. All sizes, materials and processes can be customized according to customer equipment parameters and actual working conditions, supporting non-standard customization and bulk OEM orders.
