Flohydra replacement air compressor oil filter is a high-efficiency filtration solution designed to replace original filter elements for mainstream screw air compressors. It is engineered to purify compressor lubricating oil by intercepting fine solid particles, metal wear debris, carbon deposits and oxidized oil sludge generated during long-term equipment operation.
By keeping the internal oil circuit clean and stable, this oil filter effectively delays lubricant deterioration, reduces friction and wear of rotors, bearings and core components, and effectively improves the overall operating stability and service life of the air compressor unit.
Working Replacement Cycle
Under standard operating conditions, the first maintenance replacement is required after 50 working hours for new machines. The regular replacement cycle is 250–1000 working hours. For harsh working environments with high temperature, heavy dust, high humidity or long-time continuous operation, please shorten the replacement cycle appropriately to avoid filter clogging and oil system failure.
